Check out this mostly still-relevant post: http://forums.poxnora.com/index.php?threads/mirefolk-semis.20180/ I don't know anything about champ selection, but for spells/relics: Flood generator is considered too slow (especially for rushy mirefolk) Soak the earth takes 4 turns to kill relics (too long) and there is plenty of alternative water gen. Go for Erode. Feeding frenzy usually not worth it. Maybe if you used it for Surge:Aquatic and had a Pyranid Warrior with Battlemaster near them.. but what are the chances? If you want damage look for Pygmy Hippo Stampede or Monsoon. Power-turn enablers are Undertow and Slipwater I think (but not sure) that Circadian Vault is good as water source, alt-damage and regen Twisted Emerald is another way to heal instead of Font of Restoration. If you are thinking of targetting The Thing then Aquatic Talisman is another healing source. Also, while I personally love Bog Trap as a way to stop them being able to contest centre fonts, I don't think good players run it.
