Well man, it's a little hard to define a meta for ST right now, most people play a theme they enjoy. Your bg is a small compilation of champions from different themes, that(at least in my vision) don't synergize well. If you own those runes, I'd suggest making an elemental BG, and although Crystal Dragon will be nerfed soon, it's worth a shot imho. Also a beast bg would be the obvious way to go, and that's probably the closest to meta ST has now. This is somewhat close to what I would make if I didn't have a rule of only playing themes. I tried making it as accessible as possible, kind of based on your sample, given I don't know your preferences and have never seen you play.
