Everyone tried this game about a year ago in alpha/beta, the general consensus wasn't that great. Lackluster game in all fairness. Haven't checked back in a while, so perhaps they managed to fix it a bit.

 

but just 3 factions, its not so much variation.

 

Dont get your hopes up. I was in beta and the game is a weak, watered down, thinned, bad copy of Pox

They have come a long way since the last time I've checked in with them.
It has at least shown some amount of improvement with the recent expansion.

The main things I've seen that are good:
1) Paywall has been removed and rewards increased significantly
2) Visuals and interface additions/streamline
3) Nice additions to play incentives/leveling
4) costs and mind building game mechanics modified to be more flexible

Things that are still bad:
1) balance
2) the speed of the game in general feels like molasses sometimes
3) chat is awkward so a lot less player/player interaction at least from my perspective
4) some weird bugs cropping up.

All in all it's still on my radar but a lot more would need to change for me to sink any money on it.
I'll probably check back on it periodically but the changes so far have been positive.
