Topic kinda speaks for itself, but basicly I would love it if it was something like: Champion X, Base Nora changed to 77 (+2) So that I could have any clue at all if it's a buff or nerf. I understand in this patch lots of abilites got changed so the base costs got changed also, and even if it is a -8 nora change, it might not be a buff, due to abilites geting worse or something like that, but I STILL want to know how the cost was changed. I have to main reasons for this. 1. I don't know the base cost of champs, I might know the cost when they have the upgrade setup that I want, but I don't know their base cost. 2. As a old player that is just checking in to see if I should come back, I want information and I don't know the old cost of most things, so the change is important.
