Instill panic

Alright, I'm not one for crying "Nerf!!!" But this is a tad bit ridiculous, dragon fear got a note cost, why not this? 25 mana for displacement and distracted. Low cost allows it to be spammed often. Would 35 nora be asking to much?

35 would shoebox it. The difference between it and dragonfear is that dragonfear makes you awestruck vs -4 damage and -1 speed. Also Dragonfear has a refundable clause.

30 nora i think would be acceptable anything higher idk if i would run it as much.

 

That's my point.

 

I guess my point is that saying "but look at how it's worse than these objectively broken runes" is usually not the greatest argument because you're comparing them to a standard you already know is borked.

 

I'm saying they should both get nerfed, with state of confusion getting a harder nerf.

I feel your pain. Pretty big fantasy player myself. Every few months or so I'll find a game, then reference nora wrong every single time. Magic, Mana, Magicka, Ether, ect..

 

I have the opposite problem. I'll be talking to my friend in Hearthstone and be like "3 nora 3/5? Nice!"
