I feel like you would be better leaving out ammunition and using a charge based mechanic instead. The problem with ammunition is that if you use all your ammo, your range will become 1 and there is not going back, and that's unintuitive IMO. What if ammunition were something along the lines of "When this champion makes a basic attack, it loses 3 Charges. If this champion has less than three charges, his RNG becomes 1-1 OR he cannot attack"
