For 70 nora and common class the idea of Deflect and Mirrored on base seems overly generous. Either choose Mirrored or Deflect, not both and hit the nora cost to 75. Divert is too good for an upgrade too. I get it, he is suppose to be this mirror guy with all sorts of tricks and stuff, but we are going into a new age of balance in Pox, so we can have these things being to OP.
