Just wanted to kinda point out how silly voil are.

If you run Screecher you don't know how to read the Runes...there are far better ranged options
(skyhowler is good if you know how to manage his hp)

 

There actually aren't far better ranged options in voil. All of voils ranged units are either sandbagged or weak. Skyhowler is designed poorly and cannot be used effectively versus a competent opponent.

Not every theme needs regal presence. Would suck if all the themes had access to the same things.
