Looks like a standard Drider. The clothes are different and there are no skulls around the waist.

 

I do not have any information on the artist or her inspiration, just wanted to share the image.

 

No, she isn't dressed as K'lzik. Shes cosplaying Rachnera Arachnera from the anime Monster Musume (everyday life with monster girls) which I reccomend for solo viewing.
