Lack of Description on Runes During Match

I play this game from the launch, and I back last month, using my favor KF runes, and I have no clue why I complety looses the match, because i just do not know what things does:
-Combat log do not info nothing...
-Effects of runes, explained with others effects that is not explained...
-Some effects its umbelivable complex and need a text with 200 works to explain it...
-So many effects on same champ that it do not fit the screen...

 

and just now playing i read "effect.imagi.spell.nonsense" or something like that on description about new spells and abilities on combat log...

 

LOL Im with you... we got to be patience with the new owners, they are working with a MESS xP

 

each effect need to have it own portail too... i already see 2 or more effect with the same portail, like sunder and stun from oaken mace, and if i am not mistaken that thing that debuff 1 damage per turn too
