Make Cleansing Emerald KF/FS instead of KF/SP

Leoss are left alone, Tortuns become FS/SL, and Kanen become SP/KF.

 

I have a better idea, how about I shoot everyone that tries to get leoss in KF?

 

We all know Tortuns are stuck with KF and all those champions won't be moved en masse. No need for odd threats.

The point is that slow turtles, that were specifically changed to no longer benefit from KF's FF bonus, don't fit thematically in KF. Imagine if Leoss were changed so that they couldn't gain HP from any source? Or if Stitched didn't gain +DMG from any sources? Or if Kanen took extra damage from opposing champions?
