I know not many people play st atm. but im just wondering what the meta most common bg is for st. I would also like to know if there is a st bg that is even better than the meta. and if someone could build me a st bg better than the meta for under 1.4 mil pb value that'd make me happy please and thankyou.
if there was an st bg that was "better than the meta", it likely would just become the meta last i checked, that's how the meta worked
I'm probably butchering the definition but meta implies the deck is built to be the optimal response to what else is currently being played, essentially making it the strongest possible set of 30 runes you can field. Obviously there will be a bit of arguing over which 30 runes those will be but if you are close enough it can be considered meta (your personal interpretation of it). Then finally it goes without saying that whatever is strongest is also most likely to be most popular (because people like to win)
