Okay so this guy is well, pretty bad. First thing to cover is the fact that he has tank abilities despite being a range unit with 42 hp and 1 defense. I will say though that i think his ability he gets from revere is pretty awesome. but seriously he has 14 nora at a minimum being wasted to make him "tanky" which really by the looks of things should not be his role at all. I'm not really able to think of anything myself suggestion wise but i really think he should be a squishy unit that's able to deal a ton of damage (his name has fury in it). Maybe give him some form of area damage like firebomb or flamethrower (preferably bomb) but anyways input is appreciated.
