I really like the flavor text but I don't think it's fitting for a minstrel. As i understood minstrels would tell stories in the form of songs in order to entertain whatever nobleman hired them. Surely the flavor text would be more suited to a jester?
I was gonna go with Jester, but I didn't want to liken him too much to Voil Jester. Perhaps Rugolth's Wisecraker, or Dwarven Harlequin would suit better?
