Deception is allowing the illusions to grab honning senses and is allowing the illusion to use Seismic Leap
Also works on Vashal Mirrorblade. Just illusions in general really. If the champ has a way to replicate itself (probably through spells too) it'll work.
As a reminder as well, illusions destroyed as soon as they are spawned, like when spawned near a champ with Deafening Aura, will drop nora globes.
Another illusion thing i report this before but i didnt see it on patch notes and didn t try. Maxarek ability that give friendly champion "relocate:demon" can be given to iliisuon but relocate:demon can t be used. It happen on grimlic's illisuon. It d give teh ability to real friendly champ also d shown att all illisuons if ability is given grimlic.
