This bg is mixed in his gameplay options, you can rush if you draw early generals, grunts and rippers, you can stall and prepare for a quickening powerturn, you can focus on getting swarms with the rioter, you can build up your netmasters and alchemist or cannoners (these two are the targets for rage band) you should find wich of the strategies are the ones that you like better and keep them, discard the others and build your bg for them.
