He feels rather underwhelming now, is he even worth running st x2 now? At least give more upgrade options to dish more damage rather than surge skeezick 1. I was thinking Surge skeezick 1 Barrage/ declare target (he is a "trapper" in terms of netting. Or (dunno if this is an actual ability) combo attack-snare. When this unit successfully makes two attacks the target champion is rooted. That way since he's lacking in damage at times, he can provide more utility.
