not is not, Rapid attacks seem to be intended to be basic attacks, just that they forgot to make it clear (see strig legwhip combination of rapid attacks and combo attack: x, it's clear that gedden intention is rapid attacks to be basic attacks, just like pummel)
Why? Because you get get 10 nora? Maybe even up to 40 over what, 6 turns? Is that something THAT huge? It used to be broken when you could stack it and it gave nora depending on dmg. Now it is bearly worth a spot in a deck unless its designed to leaverage it adaptive for cheap spells.
It's description makes me think that it was able to be cast on enemies so they earn you nora if they attack.
i used to run double snowfrost with howling wind on my icesnap when 1 dmg=1 nora even if u did ur own champs. cone. win.
i split snaps with soulfrost since they all can get multi attack, but it's hard to get snow under them unless they're in a font or i staff them
god that was broken, I do miss it being based on damage though was fun trying to boost damage up to max possible with coord towers before attacking. anyway that needed to go.
yeah, i think it's fine now. 3 turns to do atleast 2 hits to get your nora back, profit after that. takes up a rune slot so it's a give/take and that you might get that champ killed b4 you can gen
