If you wish to copy it but you can not afford the Ascedants or Blastmages let me know so I can suggest alternatives. If you can not afford the Ascendants try out Cyclops Ritualist for a triple counter. The most obvious champs to replace Blastmages are Sonic Elemental and Armoured Fesh. For beginners I would recommend Sonic Elemental over Blastmage as Blastmage is a pro rune. Another Alternative is Hyaenid Flamefist. After further testing the Arroyo Smokeform is the best substitute for the Ascendants. You are switching damage dealer for damage dealer like for like.
