He needs the following changes. Range 6-8 (Why? He is no longer usable for harassment with 5-6, and he needs range to do his job.) Teleport 3 (Why? This is not that big of deal. He already has T 2. This just means that player gets to choose if he or she wants to pay more.) Damage 6 (Why? His damage was increased, but he did not need it. He is longer a sunder option, so we should just use him for what he is--a transporter.)
It does not make sense to have him at range 5-6 when he abilities let him move himself (Teleport 3), which he should have but does not, and Relocate Relic, which allows him to move objects up to 7 in range.
