Just a quick question sok: In the light of quick ability swaps, would you consider the idea to give High Warlock Cast: Repurpose back instead of Ravish? We did some calculations with different % values and lower cd here - middle of the page.
@Sokolov Change tactical manual like Havoc's Touch Current form for ranged (range of 3 or higher) old for meele (2 or less), at the current form is completly bad
Tactical Manual was over nerfed, but it had its time in the sun. Maybe one day it can find its way back into BGs but I'd rather buff some other shoebox equipment.
If all sorts of awful stuff is on the table I'd love to see poison fang get changed. As it is currently it's awful, like really awful. How about something like Acidic Fang When equipped to a champion that champion gains Attack: Acid. The equipped champion gains Scour (Rank 1), if the equipped champion is melee it instead gains Scour (Rank 3). Alt dmg, benefit for running it on a melee, some acid love. And poison fang ceases to be complete garbage.
G'hern Soothsayer: Prognostication (12 nora) removed from game and replaced with Illuminate (6 nora) on base. Either that or Soothing Serenade (8 nora). Illuminate seems more appropriate due to his glowing staff. Also I think it would be fine do to his 7 base damage.
Make Rage Band Split rune with KF please... OK for serious, things I would like to see buffed. Elven Mage.-2 damage, range changed to 4-6, Magic nova changed to Deflect. The upgrade would be + 6 nora, but losing a pt of min range should reduce by nearly the same amount maybe a little more...The -2 base damage further reduces the cost...and he would still be a 13 damage champ which is plenty. Then at least he would have a tiny bit of defense with his low hps. I really wish the Dragonbark Protector came in a bit faster...its such a neat rune, but that ability is horrendous...Stasis is -8 nora, and makes you miss only 1 turn. If you reduced dragonbark to 3 turns, it would deploy on your opponents turn after they have 1 turn to kill it...then they would get 1.5 turns to kill it before it redeploys (the rest of turn they killed it plus 1 more whole turn to deal 20 damage). This would justify a 16 nora difference to Stasis, then add a couple pts of damage and maybe make range 1-2 since he is a 2x2...Should put him back up to low 70s and maybe actually playable. Or simplify it and make Dragonbark = Stasis plus Scale armor, and he comes back as a relic after dying. Garu Medium and or Garu Hurler...this theme still needs serious help. These would be prime candidates. Ailurite brother...You said you wanted to redo Maljaran themes...Pride of Ailur is a 5 nora sandbag right now that would open up some design space for him. move aggressive to base, put melee specialist 2-3 in upgrade 2. He would be a very good anti melee champ.
Swap Blindfire for Sentinel on base, suddenly she's 80n for DF3 and Intensify, Sentinel throws in some added help. Precedent for 5rng Sentinel set by S.Colossus.
Please no changes into the tank direction. Thats the slot of the Tardigrade. There are also already plenty tanky ST beasts. One more is not needed.
Bloodbinder Count - Him and Elder Bloodbinder always seemed like the "royalty" or "leaders" of the vampires compared to the more feral looking ones like demonvein and bloodtracker so id suggest giving him greater vampirism as well to further extend the theme enablers, removing desecrated zone and rework blood bind so it actually fits the theme by removing its "enter play in cooldown" restriction and make it work on bloodied enemies instead of the ones standing in dead magic zone.
So if a faction have a tank rune it can't have any more runes that are tanky ? And since when do we limit players to "you must" pick this rune ? You need to have diversity, and another tank ( better said tanky ) rune would help. And tardigrade and frostfall hydra are 2 very different runes that work in much different conditions and decks.
