Yup. It would be more reasonable if they were anywhere close to the same cost, but the amount of control you get with stormreader vs. shredder more than makes up for the fact that shredder can do it by itself. Particularly when you add in all of the other things that stormreader can do. Shredder just swaps. That's it. Nothing else.

Agreed. It was an overnerf.

Maybe they should reduce the range of ping, its nora cost, and give mindshredder more hp/ability.
