Wait, what? I mean a Snowprowler detected my Deep Elf Assassin after she landed a killing blow, but it didn't die first, it detected, got poisoned, then died.

So the poison killed it? Sounds like it's working right.

No, it had -6 health from the basic attack. The combat log shows the stealth, the hit, damage, detection, poison, vulnerability, destealth, and death, in that order.

Sounds like a bug then.

Did the Snowprowler or the DEA come into play first?

Snow Prowler. Technically, it was never deployed. Because, you know, AI rules.

Might do some testing later, but this is potentially consistent with other mechanics. If you want to try for yourself, set up a game with a friend or something and kill a Detection unit deployed /after/ the Shadowstrike champ.
