Last time I saw someone selling a pair he was willing to take $70 for both. Harbs are by no means worth what they used to be ages ago. And they haven't been for years, now.

You should be asking "do Giving Trees exist anymore?". I swear those things are rarer than Harbs. Same with all the LE runes people got from Tournaments (back when they were around).
