Wow, never realized it was -20 lul. That being said, I think even without creativity it's still going to be very strong. Anthromancy is always a reason to run a rune.
Negative modifiers don't seem bad in theory, given we can never see changes to ability cost. My critique has been the clear power creep since Beth took over, and the overall horrible changes. Really no point to even discuss the game at this point tho.
