Rules:

• All runes are available to be used in decks
  
• You may run splits, or full faction but not circus
• You can change your deck inbetween games as many times as you want
  
• You must use the ranked default game settings and random map and play unranked in battlegrounds
• You must report games played in this forum thread after playing
  
• Each round lasts one week, if you cannot contact your opponent you must contact me so I can help arrange the game
• This will be a 32 man knockout tournament, each round is a best of three.
• To enter you must have a 60% ranked win ratio or higher (unless you are special)

perhaps, but this doesn't start for another week and I'm hoping that there will be a solution to the lag and some bug issues in that time. Its always possible to delay if not.

 

Wasn't your last tournament an elite players championship? Mix it up a bit, sheesh; not everyone likes to watch pros beat on each other with goodstuff decks.

 

ya, but because all the bugs and issues while SoE ended when the players all left it never finished. thats why I wanted to re-run it.

I would be down for this. I have been working on a deck that would play well in this format.

 

an uncommon/common shoebox tourney would also seem pretty fun. Besides banners that is!

I would like to join again, but I still have lags in most of my ranked games. It might be better to wait a little longer before satrting the tourney. Anyway, count me in and thanks for hosting this

You should do a tournament based around lesser good players. And then another tournament that involves only rare leaguers and etc.

I am trying to keep this particular tourney with an elite group to attract viewers on the stream, however my next tourney will be one for all levels of players.

I've put you down as a backup option for now and backups do often get used.

Prior tourneys have been very successful. Here is to hoping the vets put on a good show and such. Well deserved.

This sounds great, please try to record as many videos as you can. Stuff like that can be really good educational material for new players.

 

Here's videos from the last time we tried this. We never got past round 1 though.
