Just a thought What if bog hoppers were supplemented by a morsel theme that constantly pumped out bugs to heal the troops? Something using Soul summon morsel and gathering at dawn could be expanded. Just a thought
What if all the toad beasts had a special bugivore ability that became active when they are within a few spaces of an arthropod allowing them to swallow it whole?
So basically like Carnivore/Herbivore, but OP? Still worse than Hunter: X, which is itself a bad design.
I am not seeing the problem here. Giant frog beasts being able to eat arthropods when they are within range of the arthropods. Looks like flavor to me.
Flavor, but a really dumb ability. I am saying it's on the same vein as Carnivore and Herbivore, which, IMO, should not have been brought back in the revamp.

Just a thought, haven't played them but jellies all look over costed, and stats tend to be poor to keep the nora cost down. Jelebrium mind might be the reason. Its costed at 8 nora, (hampering rune reveals is annoying but not that big of a deal)
Ok back on topic. How about adding insects/morsels as a sub theme of FS plants such as mucker. Theses plants will have abilities such as soul summon morsel and morsel symbiosis (works just like stichling symbiosis). The idea is to bring FS plants as healers/distractors( summoning large hordes of flies) and streamline them into meta builds.
