is this a numbers thing? so leoss can have relocate so long as they don't have more methods for relocating, pulling, spot ap gain, etc then sp? I don't want relocate on them just thought it was funny how "crazy" it would be for leoss to have relocate, when the voil tactic is pretty much that exact tactic cranked up to 11.
well if I was serious about getting relocate into leoss, it would be a racial relocate so it only works on leoss, just like leoss war cry only works on leoss to avoid faction bleed through of abilities, and to reinforce the racial deck.
