Cyclops are rather op atm.... if you didnt notice yet hint x2 tribal hut in bg i don't know if it would work or not ( refering to the democratic balance you speak of )
My point, exactly. Right now, and since forever, the game is driven by auto-includes. Entire BGs are built and thrive (or fail) because of a handful of runes. I don't like how crutched themes are right now. If you remove Hut from the equation, Cyclopes are unrunnable again, overnight.
Balance is like a ball , no matter where you put in the air....... its gets bigger by the same size(Spreads to all areas of the ball), you can not try to pump a full ball or it will pop( hence term "broken bg") If the ball is too hard , you let some air out.... maybe you let too much out and it becomes to soft to be played with...so you pump some in
