seems like with 3 speed the maximum ap is truly 7, but in spectator mode it says 10... with 6 speed those numbers jump to supposed to be 10 actually shows 16... matching the pattern of being wrong by exactly the unit's base speed. I've experienced this bug for many many years, not sure if it really matters, but I think everyone experiences it sometimes/always.
