AA is largely the same as before, which is to say that it's good

Elven Artisan is super cheap. It will also trigger off of Sprite's Favor, Combined Effort, etc.

 

yea i suppose, and it does trigger on ANY nora gen not just your own... Nid is right tho, Vicar was great because it didnt need anything else to trigger nora vitality. that was my bad for not seeing it at first.

 

It did need to consistently attack, which isn't always possible. With the artisan, you're guaranteed a trigger every turn, plus you get access to recycle/shatter.

 

I don't think that it is terrible without EC, but the loss of slags is a bigger deal.
