I think people are just pissed off in general that the revamp took good runes and made them unplayable because of cost or useless combos in skills. The new meta seems to be ridiculously low cost runes that perform almost as good as the now ridiculously high cost runes. I'd rather take runes that coat 50-60 nota with the same health, def, speed, and a little less damage over an 80-100 cost time that does nothing special. Dog's costing algorithm is utter Bane Shift. Whoever wrote it should punch themselves in the **** as hard as they can.
