New archer ability?

Thats exactly what my relic is, it supplies arrows but i wasn't sure whether it can be a relic be a equip that can be dropped to become a relic?
a champion would be cool too like a arrow maker expert in KF

 

Homing Arrow- This champion makes a basic attack at 50% DMG against the nearest opposing champion within 12 spaces. This attack cannot miss. CD: 1, AP: +2

 

Homing Arrow would be flavorful on Bowmage since he could use magic to send it great distances. I am a poor judge of what is OP and what is not but at 50% damage it seems perfect. It is like a cheap spot damage spell that just happens to be built into an archer. Would be perfect instead of spending 25 nora on Withering Fern for that last 3 damage.

 

The number of spaces can be tweaked with to make it more appropriate. I wanted it to have a very large range since the damage would be so small (and affected by DEF). 10 spaces may be better but 50% damage sounds about right.

 

Seeded Arrow- This champion makes a basic attack at 50% DMG against an opposing champion within 6 spaces. When the affected champion moves, a Bramble Bush relic is deployed on that spot. CD: 5, AP: +3
Bramble Bush- This relic has Forest Walker and Plant Regeneration 3. When this relic is deployed, all adjacent champions are Ensnared 4. DEF: 0, HP: 18

Edit: This would be great on, say, some type of Gnarlwood Archer or a rad Johnny Appleseed Archer.
