The Stone Collossus is the biggest mofo in Poxanthuru, and he only has 8 damage, this dude could deal more damage than that with his thumb, let alone that massive sledgehammer !

Didnt it used to be 17 and the second highest base damage in the game behind Pit Dragon?

 

Stone Colossus also doesn't have Colossal, even though it's in his name.

alot of champs with stats like 8 dmg, 30 hp, 5 speed, etc need to be changed... too many 0 defs too.

 

nope, in that moment groundpounder had 18 base damage.

 

the funny this is that because of the way stats are costed, extremely high base anything is horrible for a champion.

Pit Dragon and Colossus came out in the first couple expansions. Maxx and Groundpounder were released about 4 years later.

 

Sometimes I wish the artwork would be consistently related to a units stats.

For example, I fail to see how Deep Elf Ritualist has better armour than Ice Dragon, and the same armour as a Council Elder.
This gets worse the bigger a Champion gets: Crystal Elemental is a flying mountain. How can a flying mountain only have 48 HP and 2 DEF?
Last time I attacked a mountain, it definitely took more than 48 damage to take it down.

I agree nerf UD Buff ST.

 

I would say buff the damage of constructs in general, but not Stone Colossus unless Crushing blow is nerfed/replaced . He is 2x Auto in my book cuz of the current state of Crushing Blow.
