Couldn't find that rune. But the benefits would be same of a banner, not cumulative and to major themes.
Not sure why this is necessary tbh if the effect would be the same as a banner. Why not just............you know............run the banner?
The issue is not creating theme banners but the absurdity of faction banners. I have said this several times before but factions banners need to go away completely. Turn them all into theme banners and that opens design space for more theme banners and it opens up a rune slot in most decks. Faction banners in their current form are too OP not to include. Global hp and dmg buff PLUS 21hp relic all for 20 nora. 21hp relic is almost worth 20 nora by itself. Make theme banners and give them a range. This way if they do give a nice buff to a theme, they are at least in range to be dealt with and not hidden behind the shrine. Also would add some nice flavor. Maybe even some theme banners could work in reverse and give a debuff to enemy champs depending how many units of a certain theme are out.
Whoa whoa whoa. Back up a second. You're proposing this as a way to get Banners into Split Decks? That's a huge NO.
I'm gonna go all Socratic on you... Here we go... What do you think the current advantage of choosing to go Full Faction is, over going Split Faction?
Think of it like this: imagine you're playing Tortuns in a FS/KF split. Why would you need a theme banner when you can just run either the FS or KF banner and have the same effect? There's no point to theme banners because FF banners accomplish the same thing even in splits.
It works for tortuns, leoss... But what about UD/FW necromancers, KF/IS paladins and priests, UD/KF elves... Those themes are pretty cool and should have some attention. Im not asking for OP stuff, just something to be on pair with others bg.
Yes, you can merge two factions into some bizarre split exploiting under tested mechanics, but I'm talking about themes that make sense.
