What is a Smartphone

Given that I live in south america, it's pretty irrelevant.

 

Huh, admittedly. I thought North America and Europe would be kind of comparable, but South America is probably a whole different ballpark

 

Tmobile has 2 year contracts that offer smart phones for 1 Euro when you sign up for one. It is also German friendly and I think the plans range from 20-50 euros a month

 

I opted for a Huawei Y530 for 90 € now, I hope that was the right decision
