I'd say it's fine, since it affects friendly relics too. You'd have to be pretty luck with draws (or stingy on your relic deploys) to have it not be a double-edged sword.
I stopped playing Pile/Spire literally just because Powersource exists. So, yeah. Also happens to crap on Devourer decks, though not *quite* as bad.
I havent run thunderhead totem in so long. Its almost unjustifiable to include it in any of my decks.
Another hard counter to relics, because we now have multiple champs that spam relics in the game. It's a necessary evil sadly, kinda similar to sever summons.
THIS. I'm agreeing with this so hard rn. But the problem is bigger imo. I still think relics shouldn't be deployable at the back of a Shrine and some types of globals shouldn't be made into the game. But then I realize the problem extends even further: shrine killing isn't the real win condition, except sometimes. The game REALLY doesn't wanna have players try to 'shrine kill and defend against shrine kill'. That kind of match type and getting close to shrines is heavily discouraged, especially through maps and shrine abilities/avatars, making it hard to get close. Oof Poxnora, you could have been glorious.
