Why not give us the option of a monthly subscription?

Subscriptions are probably not done (yet) because creating and monitoring the bonus program for people who do subscribe takes more resources than DOG can spend on features like that.

 

I could pay a monthly fee depends on what I would get from it.

 

This has been suggested for years.

 

I think subscription should basically amount to a significantly enhanced gold rate (and maybe the ability to craft latest expansion packs with gold). The gold rate is awarded using the gold accelerator tokens so the player can choose when to activate the bonus. And those tokens would be tradeable.

 

If it doesn't make the people who spent thousands of dollars for runes till this date not worth it I could agree with it. Just don't make hardcore old fans feel bad

well....maybe, but if a youtuber/artist could use patreon, why can't the mighty DOG?

EDIT: also, why can't I just give a buck a month? my main point of the post is "why not give us more opinions to pay?" Cuz we clearly are willing to pay, why not make it easier and in different ways? Give a girl a chocolate bar and she'll eat it, give her 10 different flavors and she'll at least try them all.

Lol, I used to subscribe, but can't remember what it gave. I think there was a pack in it, but don't recall what else.

 

point is that you subscribed and probably would again right?

 

you got 1 free pack a month for the latest expansion plus 1 banner for your faction of choice. (back then that was the only way to get a banner, untradeable I think cuz you lost it when your subscription expired I think).
