It doesn't make sense, and its going to make people not want to spend real money. New players don't even know that there is a crafting limit either, so they spend their money for shards, and can't use them for cards they want.
Your right, that's a pretty big issue when releasing packs of shards. I'm sure the devs will be on it soon if they aren't already.
What type of exploits exactly? Either you can craft or you can't. How is that something to be abused? Honestly curious.
Basically stuff involving multi accounting. People can be really creative when it comes to breaking rules.
So ban the known players that do this... It shouldn't be so difficult. A few weeks ago several names were just handed over lol.
