Guild forums are back, *****es! Time to revive the old NWO thread. Post about how much cooler we are than the other guilds, or just do whatever, I can't really stop you, I'm not a mod. If you're looking to apply (We accept most people, just don't be a tool), our guild page is here (I know it says invite-only, but that's a lie, just click on "Recruiting" to apply). Noob World Order is all about helping out those who need it (skill-wise, primarily). We've got a good collection of veterans from various factions (i.e. Movn, Markoth, Sepulcher, Biscassy, Burn, etc) who are generally more than willing to help out those with questions.
