Reduce Magic reduces magic type damage. Pretty useful against almost every deck, and can be built around on your end.
Actually won me a few games. Good potential, bonus points for it being in a faction focused around Physical, Fire, and Acid rather than Magical. Kinda wish there was something for it in SL as a generalized thing.
Ah, been thinking about weaken spells. But anyway, reduce magic wouldn't do anything a psychic or fire or ice or physical beatdown deck, or against one that was flexible enough to switch to non-magical damage without loss. It has a lot of potential to be useless. Raw stats or pounce or execute have relatively little potential to be useless.
