That Blood Convergence change makes me overwhelmingly happy. I understand what's happening now! And it looks like a minor buff. Ouch, a whopping +6 to Ethereal. The major Ethereal units will likely be ok. Lots of neat little cost decreases across the board, all look good. Thank you for removing Inexperienced from Sandblasted. Good change. DR/Altar goes from 50 to 40. Totally supported -- still useful for its penetrative power, but not as overwhelming. Life Siphon gets another -2, putting it at a competitive 8 nora cost. Sounds strong now. Oh SNAP, I think everything lost Boon. Bile Zombie now costs under 39 nora, watch out boys. Executioner loses his negative line. Maybe he's better? Abom goes full Berserker now, more like a 28 days zombie. Lich King costs 88 nora? Gonna give him another look. Dead Fairy at 77, no Fester. -----This Boon removal looks sick. Toll-Taker is good again, probably! Soul Collector costs 63 nora. Oh baby. The Colossus change happened. This patch is passing out more choices than I know what to do with -- could probably play for years just with these new toys. Incidentally, thank you for the beautiful and elegant solution to the upgrades issue with the Colossus. Splendid. Looks like a great little rework on the Rotmaw Creeper. And those changes to Dusk Creeper's upgrades are excellent. That was the thing that was holding him back. Hardly a game-breaker now like he used to be with Collection, but he exactly fills that mid-range attack/support role that was the aim. Polluted Martyr received no cost decrease for losing Boon -- good, seriously. He didn't need a price drop. I'll read the rest later. But wow.
And so is reborn another, fittingly, in FW. Probably playable. Moog seems alright though, how are you interpreting his demise?
Damage potential should be the roughly same in most cases. Healing potential is down slightly, thus a small cost decrease.
He lost a huge amount of tankiness and threat. -9 hp for +1 defense only matters if it takes more than 9 hits to kill him that do not include go through defense effects. +1 range (1-2) increases his threat range slightly, but is most useful at hitting through a front line. FS tends to not have a front line. -2 damage makes it so his actual board impact is less. The biggest part is losing magic resist: 3. So now he is only really tanky vs. physical attacks and his ability to just be one-rounded goes up by a lot. I am going to test him, but frankly I think that he probably is not worth running anymore.
Lets nerf everything in SL for the epansion. Now lets buff everything that was nerfed again. #stability
Yeah, between how much play FW is going to see from the buffs and my disappointment over Moog.death I may take a few weeks off. Maybe. I tend to be flighty.
~No idea whats going with Skywing Eminent, a bit to take in, have to try him out. ~Acidcraw is interesting and Agitators is interesting too. ~Serpentor Ardent buff but im not sure if its enough to make me run him over Paradigms for anti physical melee beater. Have to try him out. ~Sandstorm got 7 dmg so thats nice. ~Draksar Archer got buffed woot.
Did ... You ... Did ... Did you just make Bogwood Mireoak EVEN WORSE? I mean, in a way it is impressive, but also incredibly depressing. In-cre-di-bly. Also, no rebalance of the Risen Grenadier? Not like I didn't ask you ...
Only glanced over them, look cool Nerf of Moonlit hurts a bit but was needed Like the changes to seeker of the source Nerf to Devotee hurts though However, I believe it was needed in the long run). Maybe consider putting devotee on a few more champs like Enforcer of the Circle and Light of the Circle and stuff now?
