I have to admit a zero Nora champ sounds like fun . IDK if it's opness could live up to the other examples here though.

It's actually important, because now the champ has 9 abilities, and you're really only supposed to have 8 (but there are a few rule-breakers out there).

 

I went for efficiency.

I wouldn't class a basic attack as an ability, but definitely an interesting discussion when it comes to the ability cap.

 

It's not that complicated an ability, for sure. I usually think of it as taking up UI space on a champ's rune manager card; there's enough space to cleanly fit 8.

Well yea, thats why leviathan has attack charged 2, because its virtually impossible for a 5 speed melee to get off 8 attacks before dying. How would you beat cataclysm spam?
